v Standar Competence : Understand the content of the text
v Basic competence       : Identify the information and vocabulary of the text.
v Indicators                   :
1.       Students identify the main inforation from the text
2.      Students identify the unfamiliar words of the text
3.      Students master 10 of yhe target words by using Mind mapping technique.
v  Objective
At the end of the course, the students are expected to be able to:
1.      Apply Mind mapping in mastering vocabulary.
2.      Classify the words basedd on the topic and expanding their ideas.
3.      Classsify the target words based on each category.
4.       Master the target words at least 10 words each meeting and find out the meaning of the target words.

a.       The descriptive text with the Theme as follows :

-Greets the students
-Chechs the student’s attendance
-Introduces about Mind mapping and explain briefly the procedure of this technique.
-brainstorms the ideas related to the topic.
-gives the reading text before mind mapping process to help the students found the target words. It also as information for the students about the topic of lesson
-prepares the central image.
-forms group of discussion (each group consist of 3 or 4 students ).Focuses on identifying meaning and uses words
-display a central image on yhe whiteboard.
-Asks the students to generate the target word related to the central word.
Asks the students to generate as many words as possible that relate to the target words relate to students brainstorming
-asks the students to write the generate words in their categories while students label the categories (after all brainstorming, students discuss the information then placed the words in their categories ).
-asks the students to construct a map (they can add any extra information  )
-leads the class in discussion



-asks the students to make sentences based on the target vocablary
-asks the students to fill the bubbles by using their own thinking
-asks the students to check their understanding on the material, by pointing out the words on the whiteboard and asking them to find out the meaning of the words.
-gives correction of the students an-answer
